General Policy

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Food and beverage items cannot be returned once delivered unless damaged or incorrect.

Eligible for Replacement

A replacement will be offered if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is leaking or defective.

Requirements

You must:

  • Notify within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos/videos as proof.

Replacement Process

  • Once approved, a replacement will be dispatched.

  • In some cases, the damaged item may need to be returned.

  • No cash refunds — replacement only (unless approved by management).
